Our 2023 trip to the annual NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects) conference is October 11-15 in Portland, Oregon. This conference notably brings together architects and professionals from across the nation, and recognizes and celebrates the outstanding achievements of architects and students of color within the field. CMU is home to a NOMA chapter and we will be attending to represent the CMU School of Architecture.
This is an invaluable event, with the opportunity to attend informative talks, interactive workshops and community-building events. It serves as a unique platform for knowledge sharing and networking within the architectural community.
