Our Mission 🤖
The Girls of Steel FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Team 3504 has an overarching goal of empowering all people, including girls, gender non-conforming peoples and other underrepresented communities, to have the confidence that they can succeed in STEM. We achieve this by educating people in essential STEM skills, such as mechanical, technical, leadership and teamwork skills during development of our robot. We also create an environment of equality by promoting respect and ethical behavior.
Your contribution
Your support will enable the possibility of attending Championships this season by reducing or eliminating the charge for each student. This will give the entire team an opportunity to further our goals and gain more experience with STEM.
Donations to this campaign will support Giving CMU Day on November 30!
We need your help
Team 3504 is aiming to go to the World Championships in Detroit, MI where approximately 400 teams from all around the world gather together and compete.
